The Public Service Commission is holding an informal meeting Nov. 29 at 10 a.m. Location is in Room 154 Gunter Building, 2540 Shumard Oak Blvd., Tallahassee. The purpose is to review Aqua's response time, relative to the commission's complaint process.

Also, other service quality issues will be discussed. Anyone wanting to participate may do so by phone. The number is 1-888-808-6959; enter code 413-6206. Let your voice be heard. I for one am tired of buying drinking water from the store.
