Ridge Area Arc has been able to provide services to the Highlands County area for 50 years, thanks to the support of this wonderful and generous community. We have one more thing to be thankful for during this Christmas Season.

Arc has an annual Christmas luncheon for the individuals they serve. This event is special to everyone and people look forward to it every year. This year, however, because of financial cutbacks, it looked like Scrooge was going to spoil the luncheon. Fortunately this did not happen because of the financial assistance from the Bank of America Associate Disability Affinity Group, Cross Country Automotive Services and the Ridge Area Arc Parents Group.

The luncheon was held at The Quality Inn, who also helped make this event happen. A big thank you also goes to DJ Art Bostick for donating his time for music before and after the luncheon.

To these special people and the rest of Highlands County, thank you for helping Arc help others.
