Of course Michael Vick should get a second chance, but not in the NFL. Can you imagine the signs that would be held up in the stands during a game?
I don't believe Michael's return to the NFL would be in the best interest of sportsmanship for others to follow. He could go into the Canadian Football League. Canada views our dissenters and runaways quite differently then we. Maybe killing dogs and beating them is not criminal in Canada.
I've heard Michael Vick has found Jesus. If so, that's his best salvation. After serving his time, if Michael is truly repentant, Michael could study Christian doctrine and then become like Paul the apostle who walked with Jesus after persecuting many Christians and who knows, he might even start a new mega church with his notoriety and repentance. It could be very successful. That would be more in line with today's society. Not that I agree with it. I wish him the best, but not in the NFL. Forgiveness, Michael, on your part and ours is essential to a new start.
