Why did you start the business?

We got into cellular phones before the cell towers were turned on, we knew this was the future of communication.

Is there anything unique about your business that makes it different from the competition?

Our network is America's largest 3G high-speed data network that covers 80 percent of the U.S. population. We have invested more than $45 billion since we were formed and $5.5 billion a year to increase coverage. We have real life test people who monitor and test the network.

What challenges do you face in business?

Keeping up with new technology, taking classes and courses to keep up.

What do you like about your business?

Meeting people and being part of the community. Finding the right phones that suit their needs. Wide selection of phones and wireless Internet cards.
