SEBRING - SeaBreeze Homes Inc. and TOV Development Co. announce the development of SeaBreeze, the companies' 224-unit condo-home community located on the corner of Sebring Parkway and Scenic Highway.
With the permitting process well under way, groundbreaking for the $50 million project, which will encompass 19.4 acres just north of Lake Jackson in Sebring, is anticipated in the spring of 2008. Its first units are slated for availability in the fall of 2008.

Floor plans range from 1,128 to 1,276 square feet, along with 55 single-car garage spaces for storage and start at $189,500.
SeaBreeze's amenities include a pool, a clubhouse with fitness center, a tennis court and a sand-volleyball area. A large garden and several fountains, gazebos and hammocks dot the property. In addition, the community is Wi-Fi enabled that will allow Internet acess for all residents.
The decision to locate in Sebring was an easy one, according to Asher.
"Professionals want convenience and activities," he said. "Sebring is centrally located, 60 miles from Orlando and both the east and west coasts, and boasts world-class bass fishing, boating and other recreational opportunities."
